Practical Risk Assessment and Written Report
The NG2 module of the NEBOSH General Certificate is a 5 day remote online course with tutor led training structured to provide you with the knowledge and skills to produce a risk assessment of a workplace. It considers a wide range of identified hazards (drawn from elements 5-11) and meets best practice standards ('suitable and sufficient').

How the new NEBOSH General Certificate NG2 remote/online course works
Upon booking you will be automatically sent course joining instructions which outline the specific course details. Below is an overview of how the course is delivered remotely using zoom video conferencing.
► Technology Checks Pre-Course Start Date
This is to check you have been able to access the RISK NEBOSH Personal Learning Zone, test your broadband download and upload speeds for both video conferencing and in preparation for the exam.
► 5 Day Block NEBOSH General Certificate NG2 (Identifying and controlling hazards)
The course is delivered online via Zoom video conferencing. The learning materials are structured and delivered in a format to get you familiar with completing a Risk Assessment and Written Report. These are shared digitally during the tutor led learning via zoom screen share and also made available via the RISK NEBOSH Personal Learning Zone at the end of each day.

► The NEBOSH General Certificate NG2 Course Assessment
Delegates complete a Risk Assessment and Written Report which is submitted directly to NEBOSH no later than 10 days after the NG2 course end. The risk assessment demonstrates that you know how to apply everything you've learnt during the combined NG1 & NG2 courses. You will be assessed on your ability to apply your skills and knowledge to a wide range of issues and ability to deliver positive change to a real workplace.
